Sunday Snapshot: Our newest teammate
This afternoon, Jennifer asked me to do a quick photo shoot with Lucy. Of course, I was more than happy to oblige. Lucy has now been with the Clements for about five weeks, and here as a part of our team for about two weeks. As you shall soon see, she has a smile to melt any heart. And today I found out she’s quite the willing ham for the camera.
At first, it took a bit for her to warm up.
Then, the school portrait forced smile began to surface.
However, before long, a genuine grin was beginning to break through.
A change of hair accessories.
And the cuteness continued.
Don’t you just love those dimples?
Of course, when you’ve got a momma making funny faces…
you can’t help but smile.
One thing that is for certain…
this newest team member is quite the patient picture poser.
And with a grin this big, even at the end of the shoot when we’re packing it up…
I have a feeling she might just become one of my favorite subjects.
She is just gorgeous! What a lucky mama!

Oh my goodness! She is adorable. I have to tell you, the second picture down, I looked at it and thought I was looking my son in dress up. (he’s from southern China). The shape of her face with that adorable “pointy” chin, the nose, the lips, and the set of her “cheese mouth” it is all him from when he was about 4-5 yrs old. It just took me back. Of course, she is just gorgeous and could never really be mistaken for my son, but you know how sometimes someone’s features just make you do a double-take?
She is lovely. And so funny how they all have that forced smile! But those dimples….too cute!!! Please give the Clements my congrats! They are and will be so blessed by her!
